In addition, any article or stream found on the Internet can be shared via email or social networking apps such as Facebook and Twitter.

The new application for bada smartphones features the StreamStudio, which allows users manage the news by mixing and matching the topics and sources, in order to create up to 10 streams of news containing their unique set of interests.

What has always set Taptu apart from competitors is our extensive news aggregating platform and algorithms. Taptu for Bada is an extension of our vision for a Taptu app for any mobile device,” said Mitch Lazar, CEO of Taptu.

With the new application for bada operating system, Taptu’s expansion to mobile platforms reaches an important milestone. The application is now available on iOS, Android, Barnes & Noble NOOK Tablet, Amazon’s Kindle Fire and now Samsung Bada smartphones.

It is also worth mentioning that Taptu for bada provides users with quick access to Taptu’s signature StreamStore, which comprises more than 200,000 unique streams from popular websites and blogs.

Other highlights of the application include the option to search for RSS Feeds using Bing, as well as the possibility to import RSS feeds from Google Reader via Google Account.

In the same news, Taptu and Samsung announced that the newly launched Wave M and Wave 3 would be delivered pre-loaded with Taptu’s social newsreader application.

Those who do not own the Wave M and Wave 3 smartphone can download Taptu for bada via Samsung Apps from here.
