If you haven’t heard, there’s this little convention going on in Los Angeles, California referred to as Call of Duty XP 2011. As the name suggests, this convention is all about Contact of Duty and its legion of fans who gather to view previews, act out levels from the game and generally just have a excellent ‘ol time. Surprisingly, the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 team truly created an announcement these days to their players letting them know of an app in the functions for Android and iOS. Just before you freak out — no this is not a game app. Instead this app will permit COD players to modify their weapons and gear while away from the game and attempting to function usually in society.

The app will be no cost to download, only requiring your log-in information to access your gear. No release date has been provided but it’s surely something to look out for. Wonderful — as if my good friend Mike essential yet another way to fuel his addiction.
