Samsung followed Sony Ericsson no longer support the Symbian platform for mobile products in future. Sony Ericsson ensure will develop Android phones, Samsung still will support the Windows platform Phone, Android, and Bada.
Bada is a platform for smartphone that was developed internally by Samsung. In the near future, Samsung will leave the stage the Symbian Foundation.
Now , only Nokia still use Symbian Platform. Nokia is still targeting 50 million units of mobile phones can be made with the Symbian 4 Platform. Nokia also continues to develop research Meego OS that works with Intel. Unclear whether Nokia also interested in the Android business ???
